Hi, This is Patrick.

I’m the CEO and founder of PATCAM – a Story, Creative, and Culture company.

I have spent the last 25 years working across Film, TV, and Advertising with people who care deeply about the impact of their work and what it means in the world. Some are in boardrooms. Some in town halls. Some in studios. All of them are asking the same questions, even if they phrase them differently:

Who are we?

What do we stand for?

What’s the impact we are trying to make in the world? And

How do we make this impact real, in a way that people will feel and be moved to take action?

The reason I know this very well is because they are the questions that I have asked myself, and ultimately the question The Culture Equation was created to answer.

The Culture Equation ( I +E +C = CV) is a framework, I’ve developed through my work with major institutions, national and local government, global brands, national broadcasters, as well as grass roots organisations (BBC, Apple, United Nations, MOBO, NHS, Accenture, etc.) to help align their identity, expression, and connection, so that they go beyond relevance, and create deep cultural value.

This Cultural Value (CV) is the currency that powers deep connection, relationship, community, enduring loyalty, devotion, and advocacy that can be exchanged for commercial value, influence, attention, lasting impact, and any other valuable currency.

I work with leaders, corporate brands, media, marketing and communications, creative and cultural organisations, and public sector institutions who want their work to matter deeply.

His professional experience is extensive, including serving as a lead consultant for a top-tier global marketing agency and an advisor to several high-growth tech firms. He has also lectured for over 10 years at New York University, specializing in digital branding and consumer behavior.
